The purpose of Zen’s Place is to uphold the traditional values of Martial Arts in today’s new era by implementing respect, discipline, honor, loyalty, family and bravery to the highest levels of excellence.

Our instructor's provide our students with the proper professional guidance and instruction to ensure the development of their mental focus, agility, personal power, versatility and over all health status while avoiding at all cost the possibility of injury due to improper form or neglect.

At Zen's Place we strive to empower individuals and families both mentally and physically through our innovative Martial Arts programs.

Our facility and instructors provide a non-intimidating environment to ensure only positive reinforcement towards one’s self development. In essence, Zen’s Place objective is to help develop individuals and provide family unity by teaching the importance of our values to include, but not limited to, discipline, integrity, teamwork and consistency as well as the overall health benefits from continuing on our innovative and exclusive exercise programs.
